Gigpass is a membership for live event tickets. With a Gigpass membership, you can claim unlimited tickets to concerts, parties, and shows in your city. No hidden fees, no extra charges, just your membership payment.

What cities is Gigpass available in?
Right now, Gigpass is live in Toronto and Vancouver, with NYC and more cities on the way. Keep an eye on our social media channels for announcements.

Can I use my membership in different cities?
Yes! Your Gigpass works across all available cities. For example, if you’re subscribed in Toronto, you can also claim tickets in Vancouver if you’re travelling.

How does Gigpass work?
Once you’ve purchased a membership, you can claim tickets to any event on our platform (while supplies last).

How many tickets can I claim?
Depends on your tier. With Gigpass Sntandard: you can claim one ticket per event. With Gigpass Duo: you can claim up to 2 tickets for any of the events on our website. With both tiers, you can claim tickets to as many events as you want, as long as we still have inventory!

Do I need to pay extra for tickets with Gigpass?
Nope. Tickets are FREE and included with your membership.

When does my Membership renew?
Your membership will renew on a monthly basis. For example, if you signed up on April 15, your next payment will process on May 15.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Just head to your Account page to cancel whenever you’d like.

Are tickets guaranteed for every event?
We receive limited ticket inventory for each event. Tickets are assinged on a first-come first-served basis, so make sure to claim your tickets early! If you've claimed your ticket, you're good!

Can I attend events with a friend?
With a Gigpass Duo membership, you can claim up to 2 tickets for each event on our platform.

Do I get a digital ticket or guestlist access?
It depends on the event. Sometimes you’ll receive a digital QR code ticket, other times your name will be on the guestlist. Check the “Access Details” section on each event for specifics.

What happens if I can’t attend after claiming a ticket?
If you haven’t received your ticket yet, you can return it in the app so someone else can use it. Once tickets have been issued, they’re non-returnable.
